Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026 · Maintained by Jomur Health
Agreement
These terms govern access to the Jomur Health platform. Where a signed enterprise master services agreement exists, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict.
Accounts and roles
Customers are responsible for provisioning accounts, assigning roles, and promptly deactivating access for individuals who leave the organization.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt to bypass access controls, or to access records outside the scope of a user's role and job function.
Customer data ownership
Customers retain ownership of all records they submit. Jomur Health processes that data only to provide and support the service, or as directed in writing by the customer.
Service availability
Target availability, support response times, and maintenance windows are defined in the applicable order form or service level agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information with no less than reasonable care and uses it solely to perform under this agreement.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after written notice. Upon termination, customers may export their data during the agreed retention window.
Contact
Contract and billing questions should be directed to the account contact identified in your service agreement.
